Limited Warranty
At 1919, we are committed to the integrity of each piece — furniture handcrafted with noble materials, precision, and care. In a world driven by fast consumption, we believe in creating products that endure — not only for their quality, but for their meaning. We guarantee that our furniture is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, provided it is used in a residential (non-commercial) setting.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care or storage. We recommend following our care guidelines to preserve the longevity and appearance of each piece.
Every 1919 piece is one of a kind. We work with natural woods such as ebony, walnut, oak, and mahogany, which may display visible grain, knots, tonal variations, or other organic features. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Our furniture is built to last. If a manufacturing defect is identified within two years of delivery, we will repair or replace the item with a piece of equal value and similar characteristics. If the original model is no longer available, a comparable alternative will be offered. This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, repaired by unauthorized parties, stored improperly, or exposed to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
Conditions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover clearance items, floor samples, or pieces sold “as-is.” No cash refunds will be
issued under this warranty.
Limitations
This is the only warranty provided by 1919. It does not include implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, 1919 is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
